Math Circle Report: Teach Me How to Draw a Circle

I asked Rye to teach me how to draw a circle, but I pretended that I didn't know what a circle was.

Me: Teach me how to draw a circle. Rye: Draw a round line.

I drew this:

Rye: Connect the round line.

I drew this:

Rye: Don't make it bobby. No in-bobs.

I drew this:

Rye: It's an oval.....who cares?

[A day passes.]

Rye: Smush the oval in.

I drew this:

Rye: No ovalness. The "up-down length" can't be closer than the "side-side" length.
